After 15 years of sexual abstinence and being in full menopause, starting having sex again was a challenge. Since I’m taking hormone replacement therapy, I didn’t start with the smallest dilator. I was at about a 4. But I feel I’ve made great progress and after a few weeks, I’m almost back to where I was before. So I do recommend this product. Just remember to not rush it and take it step by step.

It has helped very much to eliminate the nerve pain I had.

For anyone that requires this type of product this kit has a very good selection of sizes from small to large with out having to spend a lot of money. This personally has really helped me get back in “shape” for intimate relations following an extended break due to surgery. Also get the gel lubricant Slippery Stuff it works great.
