Urinary Leakage (Urinary Incontinence) Devices
Urinary incontinence is leaking of urine that you can not control. We at UHS know it is extremely difficult to cope this this condition emotionally and physically for both Males and Females. We also know you are not alone and is more prevalent in our community than you may think!
Men are sometimes reluctant to bring incontinence to the attention of their clinician. Only one in five men with symptoms is likely to seek care, and men are only half as likely as women to seek care. This may be because people feel embarrassed or they may think nothing can be done.
We at UHS have a few devices that may help you control your leakage allowing you to carry on your day without the worry!
What is a penile compression device?
A penile compression device (commonly called a ‘clamp’) is a small reusable device. Clamps work by compressing or squeezing the urethra which runs along the underside of the penis and through which urine leaves the body. Clamps are available in several different designs including a hinge design that is closed over the penis, a strap or an inflatable cuff that goes around the penis. Clamps can work well for some active men who want a discreet product during the daytime. However, some men find them uncomfortable to wear and they can reduce blood flow in the penis.18

I knew I needed help after my hysterectomy. I just wish I had listened to my Dr and pelvic floor therapist years ago. I have been using the large dilators for approximately 2 weeks and already I am 75% pain free. Being intimate was a painful nightmare for both of us. Trust me when I say they are so helpful to the body and for my mental health.
I started using the Caya diaphragm 7 years ago, I never got pregnant while using it and have only now needed to buy a new one. It is comfortable and easy to use, it’s never affected taste, smell or feel and it’s been very safe, serving me well. Honestly an incredible investment especially compared to many other birth control methods that have a million side effects and are far less discreet. Of course still use a condom if needing std protection, but if you’re with a long term monogamous partner, this can do the trick:)
This is the best water based lube that myself and my wife use. It doesn't take much and it lasts. We use it for intercourse piv, and for toys.
I'm 61 years old and I just purchased and used Twice and notice a difference already a little hard to believe but it's true I use it 4x a week for 30-45.
I've been through pelvic physio treatment after both my kids and found I still struggle and wasnt sure where to start. These have given me the confidence to know what level I'm at before I seek more treatment. I for sure thought I would need to use the lightest weight, but I was able to start with the third and have already noticed a difference.
Perfect for vaginal physiotherapy due to menopause issues
Came as advertised. Seems to be working but I've only used it for 2 weeks. No noticed improvement yet but I'm hopeful. 🤞
For someone with LS it works great.
My husband works out of town, sometimes for a lengthy period. I wish there was something a little shorter (for me personally) that I could wear just to keep things the way they were before he left. Something to insert at the entrance I could wear for a couple hours at a time during the day. In the meantime this works.
This is a great product, comfortable, adjustable with tbe amount of rings you put on, depending on what position you are in, highly recommend!
I heard good comments about your product. I just started using it hoping to ease my bladder pain cause by IC.
