It definitely worked for me. I am 70 years old and have a collapsed vagina and stage 3 cystocele. I was having difficulty finding the muscles in my vagina while trying to do kegel exercises. My pelvic floor therapist said I was using only my glutes and stomach muscles and recommended an electronic pelvic toner. This machine definitely helped me find those muscles again. Better than KY jelly. I avoid silicone- and oil-based, so I can use the same one with toys and condoms.
For a water-based lubricant, this takes a long time to dry. It's probably quicker than it would take oil-based. But it's also much easier to clean up than oil-based.
It has no smell and has not caused irritation. It has not stained sheets, towels, etc.
Overall, this is the best water-based one I've tried.
