This works well for me- I prefer not to mess with hormones and I had a copper IUD for most of my life but recently I chose to have it removed because my periods are really heavy and copper IUD contributes to that. These were referred to me by my pelvic floor physiotherapist. Easy to order, quick delivery. Comes with a lovely cloth (discreet) lined, zippered storage bag.
