All our packages are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of what’s inside. If your order is light and flat, it will be delivered in a discreet envelope. For slightly bulkier items, we use small, sturdy boxes designed to protect your purchase while keeping the contents completely private.
There are no logos, no product names, and no marketing materials on the outside of the package—only your name and shipping address. Our fulfillment team takes special precautions to ensure that the items inside are carefully wrapped, so your product arrives safely and discreetly every time.

Backorders
At Urology Health Store Canada, we pride ourselves on keeping our products in stock and ready to ship. We understand how important timely delivery is—especially when it comes to your health and well-being.
While we make every effort to maintain a well-stocked inventory, occasionally a high-demand item may be temporarily backordered. In these rare cases, we place a high priority on fulfilling your order as quickly as possible. Our team works closely with suppliers to minimize delays and ensure you're kept informed every step of the way.
If your item is on backorder, rest assured it will be shipped promptly once it becomes available. We appreciate your patience and are committed to getting your order to you without unnecessary delay.
Local Pick-Up Available!
Prefer to pick up your order in person? We’ve got you covered!
If you're local, you’re welcome to drop by and collect your order—it's quick, easy, and saves you the shipping cost. When placing your order online, just select the Pick-Up option in your cart under Shipping Options. The shipping charge will be automatically removed.
Once your order is ready, one of our friendly team members will reach out to let you know it’s good to go. We can often have it ready in as little as 4 hours—just please wait for your confirmation before heading over.
