I bought this heating pad back in October 2025. It blew me away, first heating pad I've her owned that actually makes a lasting noticeable difference in my various chronic pain issues and I became very reliant on it. Sadly it suddenly stopped working February 2026. I contact Urology Health store regarding the warranty on the heating pad. Initially there were a couple of hiccups but in the end they handled the warranty exceptionally, they went above and beyond by supplying me with a return shipping label and then shipped a replacement once they confirmed the product was no longer working as expected. The turn around was very quick as well as communication with the company. Overall a 5 ⭐️ plus experience. Hopefully this heating pad lasts longer but regardless I appreciate the 2 year warranty and a company that stands behind the products they sell!

As suggested by KINATEX, I looked for such a device to improve blood irrigation after a protatectomy. I searched the web and the Medintim Active 3 appeared to be a very good choice (reliable, medical grade, electric pump, german engineering). My condition has improved and I am very satisfied qith the results so far after 6 weeks.

Excellent product, love the handsfree auto-off switch, flexibility of heat choice. The moist heat really helps with knee & hip pain.

Excellent product, easy to use !!!

I ordered this probe as a backup for the one I got with my initial purchase. I find it fits better and makes better contact with the muscles. It also stays in place better and you can easily check if it is still in the side to side position. So far it has not turned even when I move around, so it works great. The other probe is now my backup and I use this one.

J’ai des problèmes d’incontinence intestinale. Ça s’est développé lentement et dernièrement, je ne sens même plus que ça arrive, ce qui est très bouleversant. Je fais des exercices de Kegel depuis des années, mais je trouve de plus en plus difficile de trouver les bons muscles à exercer et évidemment ça ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai décidé de tenter ma chance avec le Kegel 8 Ultra 20 même si je n’étais pas sûr que ça aiderait. Après un mois, j’ai remarqué que certains des problèmes plus constants commençaient à disparaître. Récemment, j’ai ressenti une urgence quand nous étions loin de la maison, et j’ai réussi à rentrer sans accident, ce qui a été la chose la plus incroyable pour moi. Je vais continuer avec les exercices et je suis très satisfait de mon achat. J’ai l’impression d’avoir des lésions nerveuses et la stimulation directe semble nécessaire pour renforcer les muscles et les garder forts. Je commence aussi à retrouver les bons muscles pour faire des exercices de Kegel par moi-même. Si vous hésitez, je peux vous encourager à tenter votre chance avec ce merveilleux appareil. Le gel de transmission fonctionne très bien pour moi sans effets secondaires. Chaque fois que j’avais une question, on me répondait clairement et rapidement.

Le spray antibactérien est excellent, quelques vaporisations et une serviette d’essai et vous avez une pompe à pénis propre. Excellente solution nettoyante.

Le Active Erection System 3 est facile et confortable à utiliser. Juste une chose avec laquelle je suis surdimensionnée, c’est le poids mais reste confortable. Je suis très satisfait de cette pompe à pénis System 3. Le système aide.

Ça fonctionne bien pour moi — je préfère ne pas jouer avec les hormones et j’ai eu un stérilet en cuivre pendant la majeure partie de ma vie, mais récemment j’ai choisi de le faire retirer parce que mes règles sont vraiment abondantes et le stérilet en cuivre y contribue.
