Traitement de la courbure du pénis (maladie de Peyronie)

Peyronie's disease is scar tissue (plaque) inside the penis that causes a bend, an indent or shortening, and often pain with erections. It affects an estimated 3–11% of men, and it is more common after prostate surgery or a penile injury.

Traction therapy is the main non-surgical option. Wearing a medically certified traction device for a set period each day applies steady, gentle tension to the plaque. In clinical studies, consistent daily use over several months has been shown to reduce curvature and recover some lost length. It takes patience — most protocols run three to six months — but it avoids surgery and can be combined with the treatments your urologist prescribes.

We carry the PHALLOSAN® Forte, a Class I medically certified traction device made in Germany. It uses a vacuum bell and a belt rather than a rigid extender, so it can be worn under clothing for longer sessions and is generally more comfortable than a stretcher-style device. Add-ons below let you adjust the fit and the level of tension as your treatment progresses.

Please see a urologist first. Curvature can have several causes, and traction is not appropriate during the early inflammatory phase for everyone. A urologist can confirm the diagnosis, tell you whether your plaque is stable, and advise on combining traction with other treatments. We are not able to give medical advice.
