I've been through pelvic physio treatment after both my kids and found I still struggle and wasnt sure where to start. These have given me the confidence to know what level I'm at before I seek more treatment. I for sure thought I would need to use the lightest weight, but I was able to start with the third and have already noticed a difference.

For someone with LS it works great.
My husband works out of town, sometimes for a lengthy period. I wish there was something a little shorter (for me personally) that I could wear just to keep things the way they were before he left. Something to insert at the entrance I could wear for a couple hours at a time during the day. In the meantime this works.
This is a great product, comfortable, adjustable with tbe amount of rings you put on, depending on what position you are in, highly recommend!

The blue sleeve is the same size as the green sleeve on the VED. After a radical prostatectomy I am using the ring with the pump and it works as advertised. Service online was terrific. Thank you!
I bought this heating pad back in October 2025. It blew me away, first heating pad I've her owned that actually makes a lasting noticeable difference in my various chronic pain issues and I became very reliant on it. Sadly it suddenly stopped working February 2026. I contact Urology Health store regarding the warranty on the heating pad. Initially there were a couple of hiccups but in the end they handled the warranty exceptionally, they went above and beyond by supplying me with a return shipping label and then shipped a replacement once they confirmed the product was no longer working as expected. The turn around was very quick as well as communication with the company. Overall a 5 ⭐️ plus experience. Hopefully this heating pad lasts longer but regardless I appreciate the 2 year warranty and a company that stands behind the products they sell!
Work great, comfortable and easy to use. Variety in size is plenty.
As suggested by KINATEX, I looked for such a device to improve blood irrigation after a protatectomy. I searched the web and the Medintim Active 3 appeared to be a very good choice (reliable, medical grade, electric pump, german engineering). My condition has improved and I am very satisfied qith the results so far after 6 weeks.
Excellent product, love the handsfree auto-off switch, flexibility of heat choice. The moist heat really helps with knee & hip pain.
I accidentally ordered 2 of the same items online instead of 1 of each. Katerina responded immediately to let me know she had rectified my order and a credit for the difference was already processed.
