I bought this heating pad back in October 2025. It blew me away, first heating pad I've her owned that actually makes a lasting noticeable difference in my various chronic pain issues and I became very reliant on it. Sadly it suddenly stopped working February 2026. I contact Urology Health store regarding the warranty on the heating pad. Initially there were a couple of hiccups but in the end they handled the warranty exceptionally, they went above and beyond by supplying me with a return shipping label and then shipped a replacement once they confirmed the product was no longer working as expected. The turn around was very quick as well as communication with the company. Overall a 5 ⭐️ plus experience. Hopefully this heating pad lasts longer but regardless I appreciate the 2 year warranty and a company that stands behind the products they sell!

As suggested by KINATEX, I looked for such a device to improve blood irrigation after a protatectomy. I searched the web and the Medintim Active 3 appeared to be a very good choice (reliable, medical grade, electric pump, german engineering). My condition has improved and I am very satisfied qith the results so far after 6 weeks.

Excellent product, love the handsfree auto-off switch, flexibility of heat choice. The moist heat really helps with knee & hip pain.

I ordered this probe as a backup for the one I got with my initial purchase. I find it fits better and makes better contact with the muscles. It also stays in place better and you can easily check if it is still in the side to side position. So far it has not turned even when I move around, so it works great. The other probe is now my backup and I use this one.

I have problems with bowel incontinence. It developed slowly and lately I do not even feel it happening, which is very upsetting. I am starting to find the correct muscles again to do kegels on my own too. If you hesitate, I can urge you take a chance on this wonderful device. The transmission gel works great for me with no side effects. Every time I had a question, it was answered clearly and quickly.

The Antibacterial Cleaning Spray is great, a couple of sprays and a trying towel and you have a clean penis pump. Great cleaning solution.

The Active Erection System 3 is easy and comfortable to use. Just one thing I'm supersized with is the weight but still comfortable. I am very pleased with this System 3 penis pump. The system does help.

This works well for me- I prefer not to mess with hormones and I had a copper IUD for most of my life but recently I chose to have it removed because my periods are really heavy and copper IUD contributes to that. I do not like condoms. I am really happy I found this option - no doctor appointments, no side effects, no gross slippery balloons. Putting it in is really easy.
