I purchased the Active3 System along with the Extension Kit after trying the Vacurect system prescribed by my surgeon. The Active3 along with the Extension Kit is far larger than the Vacurect system and is more suitable to larger sized men. The Active3 allows for an erection to be achieved and then the retention ring is applied to the penis. I found this methodology to be much more comfortable to use than the Vacurect system with draws the penis through the retention ring as the vacuum creates the erection. I could have saved money by only purchasing the Extension Kit and a replacement pump. The Extension Kit comes with the largest size retaining ring so the only component I am using from the Active3 system is the pump. I would recommend the Active3 System to men recovering from a prostatectomy and the Extension Kit if you are a well endowed man.

After more than 20 years without intimacy, I was a little apprehensive about becoming intimate again. These dilators made such a difference! They helped me gradually regain my comfort and confidence, and they really worked. Now I feel so comfortable and natural with intimacy, as if those 20 years had never passed. My advice is simple: just follow the instructions, be patient, and trust the process. I’m truly grateful for this product and would highly recommend it to anyone in a similar situation!

I have vaginal atrophy because of menopause and wanted to try these dilators. My doctor prescribed me a low dose of estrogen vaginal cream to help also. I'm doing them together and have great results! I just found that the step from size 5 to 6 was difficult and painful, but I guess with time it will get easier. Would not hesitate to recommend this product.

I really like this lubricant, I have dryness and it helps a lot.

Start with each size for a week or two or more. It's your journey.
Then size up. Gradually getting to the largest, or what you are comfortable with. Very easy to use. You can get a good grip. So smooth. Tak

Works really well.

So far all is going well.
Question: where can I get more of the gel product?

As a result of having radiation treatments for vaginal cancer, I require using a dilator on a weekly basis. Vagiwell dilators are flexible, smooth, and comfortable to use. It’s nice to have the option of purchasing them individually. I have been using them for two weeks and I highly recommend Vagiwell and the ‘Kegel8’ antibacterial cleaning spray.

The dilators are soft and well adapted to a situation where comfort and gentleness are essential. The instructions are clear and the packaging is great as there is space in the bag to add the disinfectant bottle and and extra tube of lubricant.

Very useful heating pad. I really like the large size because it covers a good area of my back and shoulders. The adjustable temperature settings are also very convenient, so I can choose the heat level that feels comfortable. It heats up well and feels very relaxing on tired or tight muscles. Easy to use and I’m very happy with it.

Gynatrof cream is by far my favourite vulva moisturizer. Its effect lasts better than any other product. No soreness, no unpleasant reaction. I will continue to buy this product.

I was ordering a replacement heating pad from this company so already knew it was a great product. What stood out was their customer service. I thought the pad that was delivered was defective so I had a few emails and live conversations with the staff. They were all extremely prompt and professional.

Really great experience picking up supplies. Thank you

I am a new user for this vacuum device to aid in my penis rehabilitation as I’ve just had prostate surgery.. Thiis is my only experience using one of these devices and it is easy to use right from the start. This device is quiet and the vacuum ( negative pressure) is gradual and gentle and effective. You control the pressure and you can use the safety relief valve button to release the negative pressure quickly as it is located just below the power button that you use to create the vacuum. The bag they supply is good to carry the items you need to use. I would recommend this device even though it may be a little expensive compared to what you may find in a sex shop.

Recommended by my pelvic floor physio to treat chronically tight pelvic floor muscles deep inside my hip. It seems to be helping, but there is a learning curve with finding the correct location to apply pressure. The vibration seems to be helpful for muscle release.
