This reusable pack can be used warm or cold and slips into soft fabric sleeves that fit comfortably inside your underwear for hands-free relief. When chilled, it helps reduce swelling, inflammation and sharp discomfort. When warmed, it eases tight tissue, boosts circulation and supports faster healing.

The gel stays flexible even when frozen, allowing the pack to contour comfortably to the perineum, abdomen, breasts or surgical areas. Made from non-toxic, latex-free materials, it is safe for repeated use throughout pregnancy, postpartum care and general pelvic wellness.

Compact, versatile and easy to use, the Kegel8 Hot and Cold Therapy Pack provides up to 20 minutes of targeted comfort and is an essential addition to your recovery routine.

    Directions:

    Cold Therapy - Freeze the pad for at least one hour, insert it into the provided soft sleeve, then apply to the perineum, C-section area, or affected zone for up to 20 minutes, allowing at least an hour between uses or as advised by your healthcare provider.

    Heat Therapy - Heat the pad flat in the microwave for 20 seconds (adding in 5-second increments if needed until warm – not hot) or alternatively submerge in warm water for 2–3 minutes. Gently massage the pad to distribute heat evenly, insert into the sleeve, test the temperature, and apply to the abdomen, perineum, or breasts for up to 20 minutes.

    Care Instructions:

    1. Wipe gel pad clean with mild soap and water.
    2. Wash sleeves by hand or machine (up to 40°C).
    3. Air dry thoroughly before storing.
    4. Store in resealable bag to protect from odours.
