Überlube is a premium silicone lubricant with a silky, long-lasting glide that never turns sticky. A trace of vitamin E leaves skin feeling soft and smooth, and the formula has only four ingredients, with no glycerin, parabens, scents or flavours.

It comes in a weighted glass bottle with a one-hand pump that dispenses a small, measured amount. A little goes a long way.

Not for Silicone Dilators, Pelvic Wands or Other Silicone Products

Do not use Überlube with silicone pelvic health products. Silicone lubricant can damage silicone over time, and most vaginal dilators, pelvic wands and similar devices are made of medical-grade silicone. For dilator therapy or pelvic wand use, choose a water-based lubricant such as Slippery Stuff, or browse all our water-based lubricants.

Überlube is safe with glass, stainless steel, ceramic and hard plastic products, and with latex and polyisoprene condoms. It is not compatible with polyurethane condoms.

Why choose a silicone lubricant?

Silicone lubricant stays slippery much longer than water-based lube because it does not absorb into the skin or dry out. That makes it a popular choice when dryness makes intimacy uncomfortable, for example during perimenopause and menopause, after childbirth, while breastfeeding, or while taking medications that reduce natural lubrication. It is also water-resistant, so it holds up in the shower.

Key Benefits

  • Long-lasting, silky glide that needs less reapplying
  • No sticky or tacky residue
  • Vitamin E for a soft, smooth finish
  • Only four ingredients: free from glycerin, parabens, alcohol, gluten, scents and flavours
  • Water-free, so it does not change vaginal pH
  • Compatible with latex and polyisoprene condoms
  • Vegan and cruelty-free
  • Glass bottle with a measured pump, made in the USA

How to Use

  • Start with one pump and add more only if you need it.
  • If you have sensitive skin, test a small area first.
  • Wash off with warm water and a mild soap. Silicone does not rinse away with water alone.
  • Wipe up any spills, as silicone makes floors and shower surfaces slippery.

Choose Your Size

  • 55 ml / 1.86 oz glass bottle: for occasional use or to keep by the bed
  • 112 ml / 3.8 oz glass bottle: the best value for regular use
  • 2.5 ml single-use sachet: try it before buying a bottle, or keep one in a bag

Ingredients

Dimethicone, Dimethiconol, Cyclomethicone, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E).

If dryness or pain with intimacy keeps coming back, talk to your doctor, nurse practitioner or a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Our guide to vaginal atrophy explains common causes of dryness after menopause.

Is Überlube safe to use with condoms?

Yes, with latex and polyisoprene condoms. It is not compatible with polyurethane condoms.

Can I use Überlube with my vaginal dilators or pelvic wand?

No, not if they are made of silicone. Silicone lubricant can damage silicone products over time, and most dilators and pelvic wands are silicone. Use a water-based lubricant such as Slippery Stuff instead. Überlube can be used with glass, stainless steel, ceramic and hard plastic products.

Is a silicone lubricant a good choice for menopause dryness?

Many people with dryness during perimenopause or menopause prefer silicone lubricant because it lasts much longer than water-based lube and does not dry out. A lubricant helps during intimacy. For ongoing dryness, a vaginal moisturizer used regularly may help, and it is worth speaking to your doctor, nurse practitioner or pelvic floor physiotherapist.

    Does Überlube affect vaginal pH?

Überlube contains no water, so it has no pH of its own and does not change vaginal pH.

How do I wash it off?

Use warm water and a mild soap. Silicone does not rinse away with water alone. Wipe up any spills, as silicone makes floors and shower surfaces slippery.

    Which size should I choose?

Try a single-use sachet first if you have not used a silicone lubricant before. The 55 ml bottle suits occasional use and travel. The 112 ml bottle is the best value for regular use.
