Description

The application of the constriction rings is crucial for the function of the Medintim vacuum erection aid. (Manual and Automatic style). The constriction rings are available in the sizes 9 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, and 21 mm.

Application

The size of the ring is optimal for the user when the best erection (tourniquet effect) is possible with the least pressure (no pain).
Before putting them on, the constriction rings can be slightly warmed up (e.g. put them in warm water). This makes it easier to slip them on, makes them more supple and prevents them from tearing. Some users take two rings at the same time to better maintain an erection. One of the extended ring loaders is suitable for this purpose.

Note

The constriction rings do wear after time and can tear due to stretching after frequent use.

Constriction rings

They work pretty good but they do get damaged/broken easily with stretching during removal. I think longevity is an issue. After few uses visible damage is seen and soon after tension is less and they break.

Hope there's some improvement on that aspect.

Broke after second use

Does the job. The original that came with the pump lasted for a reasonable amount of use.
I ordered 2 replacements and the first one broke after 2 uses. I was very careful to use the proper technique when installing on the pump as I wanted it to last as long as possible. I haven't used the second one yet.

Medintim Constriction Rings

I spent quite a bit of time researching what type and size of ring to buy. Some years ago I underwent a Gainswave treatment plan (total waste of money - the benefits only lasted two months) and they had provided a cheap erection vacuum pump and ring. The pump worked but the ring did not. I wanted to see if I could find a good ring before spending money on a good pump.
I chose Medintim constriction rings based on their wide profile which I thought would be comfortable - and they are! The material is perfect also - compliant enough to load onto the pump by hand, yet tight enough to keep one's erection. Of course sizing is a trial process, but they have a wide range of sizes to choose from.
In summary, I'm very happy with how Medintim's rings both feel and perform.
