I started using the Caya diaphragm 7 years ago, I never got pregnant while using it and have only now needed to buy a new one. It is comfortable and easy to use, it’s never affected taste, smell or feel and it’s been very safe, serving me well. Honestly an incredible investment especially compared to many other birth control methods that have a million side effects and are far less discreet. Of course still use a condom if needing std protection, but if you’re with a long term monogamous partner, this can do the trick:)
This is the best water based lube that myself and my wife use. It doesn't take much and it lasts. We use it for intercourse piv, and for toys.

I've been through pelvic physio treatment after both my kids and found I still struggle and wasnt sure where to start. For someone with LS it works great.
My husband works out of town, sometimes for a lengthy period. I wish there was something a little shorter (for me personally) that I could wear just to keep things the way they were before he left. Something to insert at the entrance I could wear for a couple hours at a time during the day. In the meantime this works.
This is a great product, comfortable, adjustable with tbe amount of rings you put on, depending on what position you are in, highly recommend!

The blue sleeve is the same size as the green sleeve on the VED. After a radical prostatectomy I am using the ring with the pump and it works as advertised. Service online was terrific. Thank you!
I bought this heating pad back in October 2025. It blew me away, first heating pad I've her owned that actually makes a lasting noticeable difference in my various chronic pain issues and I became very reliant on it. Sadly it suddenly stopped working February 2026. I contact Urology Health store regarding the warranty on the heating pad. Initially there were a couple of hiccups but in the end they handled the warranty exceptionally, they went above and beyond by supplying me with a return shipping label and then shipped a replacement once they confirmed the product was no longer working as expected. The turn around was very quick as well as communication with the company. Overall a 5 ⭐️ plus experience. Hopefully this heating pad lasts longer but regardless I appreciate the 2 year warranty and a company that stands behind the products they sell!

As suggested by KINATEX, I looked for such a device to improve blood irrigation after a protatectomy. I searched the web and the Medintim Active 3 appeared to be a very good choice (reliable, medical grade, electric pump, german engineering). My condition has improved and I am very satisfied qith the results so far after 6 weeks.
