This works well for me- I prefer not to mess with hormones and I had a copper IUD for most of my life but recently I chose to have it removed because my periods are really heavy and copper IUD contributes to that. I do not like condoms. I am really happy I found this option - no doctor appointments, no side effects, no gross slippery balloons. Putting it in is really easy. Taking it out is a bit tricky for me but I am getting better at it. Would recommend

These were referred to me by my pelvic floor physiotherapist. Easy to order, quick delivery. Comes with a lovely cloth (discreet) lined, zippered storage bag. They feel silky soft to the touch with a little flexibility. I haven't been using them for very long to know the full benefit yet, but I'm hopeful that they will help me.
