For anyone that requires this type of product this kit has a very good selection of sizes from small to large with out having to spend a lot of money. This personally has really helped me get back in “shape” for intimate relations following an extended break due to surgery. Also get the gel lubricant Slippery Stuff it works great.

Wow!

I have been struggling for months and months with excessive pain during intercourse. I am 56 and well into menopause. All I ever read about was lubrication or taking HRT/estrogen.

Lubrication has done nothing. I have no interest in possible risks of medication,

I stumbled upon the concept of dilation and was willing to give it a try. There are lots of products out there, but I was struck by one for Vuva that the rigid plastic helped stretch more than the silicone would would have more flex. I immediately ordered Vuva.

I have been using it fairly regularly, and took a week off because I was not at home. I cannot believe it! Intercourse is actually normal again. I never thought this was possible. It is like things were pre-menopause.

My issue was not too much dryness, but atrophy, which I would guess is what most menopausal women experience, but don't realize it. I certainly didn't.

I would recommend this product over and over again (and also the suggested lubricant "Slippery Stuff).
