It definitely worked for me. I am 70 years old and have a collapsed vagina and stage 3 cystocele. I was having difficulty finding the muscles in my vagina while trying to do kegel exercises. My pelvic floor therapist said I was using only my glutes and stomach muscles and recommended an electronic pelvic toner. This machine definitely helped me find those muscles again.
