Loading them onto your vacuum pump is a simple process. Stretch the ring over the loading cone and onto the tube before starting the pump. After using the VED to attain the desired erection, you can easily apply the ring to the base of the penis to assist in maintaining the erection.

If using a Ring without a vacuum erection device, you will need to create an erection prior to sliding the Ring on to the base of the penis. Placing water-based lubricant on the head of the penis before quickly siding the ring on, will help you properly pull the ring to the base of the penis.

• Do not wear a constriction ring for more than 30 Minutes at a time.
• Allow a minimum of 60 minutes between uses.
