I had a hysterectomy in April 2025 and my pelvic floor specialist physio suggested kegels for a few months and then your Intimate Rose Kegel Weights. She calls it part of the pleasure prescription - so good! After just a couple weeks, I can already feel a difference. So much better than just regular kegels. Easy to use (especially with a little nice quality lube), easy to adjust and easy to remove. A great product.

Better than KY jelly. I avoid silicone- and oil-based, so I can use the same one with toys and condoms.
For a water-based lubricant, this takes a long time to dry. It's probably quicker than it would take oil-based. But it's also much easier to clean up than oil-based.
It has no smell and has not caused irritation. It has not stained sheets, towels, etc.
Overall, this is the best water-based one I've tried.
