Vagiwell® are premium quality medical grade silicone dilators made in Germany

The Vagiwell® 6 has been specifically designed for use following MTF gender confirmation surgery.

Please note that the jump from standard size 5 to size 6 in the Large and Full Vagiwell sets is quite significant. We strongly recommend reviewing the sizing chart above before ordering. Vagiwell offers a size in between the standard size 5 and 6 called the Vagiwell 5LS Dilator. 

Vagiwell® dilators are uniquely shaped to:

  • Assist with easy insertion as the flange is hollowed to allow for a finger or thumb to gently push against.
  • Allow you sit upright once inserted which is sometimes desirable when trying to maintain vaginal length eg after radiation therapy
  • The rounded end is ideal to maintain vaginal shape, especially for neo -vaginas and after hysterectomy surgery
